Rental of Vacant Units

Services includes:

• Marketing properties
• Screening potential tenants - Credit check, Eviction & Criminal Records
• Verification of employment
• Verification of past tenants
• Preparing lease
• Walk thru move-in Inspection
• Collecting Rent
• Owner portal
• Tenant portal
• Online rent collecting and disbursement to owner bank account or by check. Owners' preference.

Fee is 50% of the first month's rent without management and 35% with full-time management.

Full Time Management

Services Includes:

• Finding new tenants
• Collect rent and deposits
• Pay property bills
• Monthly accounting service and distribution of funds
• Collect rents and deposits placed in a trust account
• End of year statement
• Arranging for necessary repair to property
• Market analysis and renewing leases on behalf of property owners
• Drafting, signing and renewing leases on behalf of property owner

Management fees range from 8% to 12% of monthly rent collected
